About the Job:

As a Healthcare Analytics Strategist, you'll be at the forefront of demonstrating the immense value of employer-based healthcare. What You’ll Do:
- Define and execute ROI methodologies for client programs, quantifying cost savings and health improvements.
- Analyze claims, biometric, and utilization data to identify actionable insights and demonstrate program effectiveness.
- Create executive summaries and highly visual presentations to clearly communicate complex findings to high-profile clients and leadership.
- Collaborate closely with client account teams to identify key analytic opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
- Utilize SQL, statistical tools, and data visualization platforms to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable patterns within large datasets.
- Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics, including predictive modeling and machine learning, to solve complex business problems and drive significant value.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, or Business Analytics).
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a healthcare or health technology setting.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation across large, complex datasets.
- Working knowledge of advanced analytics or statistical methods (e.g., regression, cohort analysis, time-series, or ML fundamentals).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex data into meaningful, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and confidently leading client discussions.
- Familiarity with various healthcare data types such as eligibility, medical claims, pharmacy (Rx) claims, biometric, or Electronic Health Record (EHR) data.
- Strong business acumen and exceptional problem-solving ability.
