The Schedule & Location (Your New Office View)

• Primary Location: 128 Lemon Street, Cocoa, FL 32922

• Hours: Consistent, daytime schedule (Mon-Fri) with a focus on patient access via both primary clinic and satellite locations.

Monday Cocoa Beach - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tuesday Satellite Clinic - 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Wednesday Cocoa Beach - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Thursday Satellite Clinic - 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Friday Cocoa Beach - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

The Non-Negotiables (Qualifications)

We are looking for a physician ready to commit to this unique model and the well-being of the patient panel.

• Board Certification (or eligibility with commitment to obtain) in Primary Care or a related field.

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. Medical School and successful completion of a U.S. residency program.

• Current Florida license and active DEA required for prescribing and dispensing.

• Experience providing primary and diagnostic care in a clinical setting, including virtual care when appropriate.

• Must be comfortable treating a full-scope primary care patient population, including children ages 2+.

• A strong, demonstrable desire to champion health, disease management, and prevention.
