CareATC: Redefine Patient Care.
Unleash your potential in a health center designed for providers and patients, not profits.
The Opportunity:
Tired of the traditional healthcare grind? CareATC is seeking a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Weil on 5th Avenue Urgent Care Clinic in Manhattan, New York. We're looking for an experienced, flexible, and dynamic provider who thrives in a collaborative environment.
This isn't your typical urgent care role. You'll work closely with a stellar interdisciplinary team to deliver proactive, patient-centered care. Our unique model partners directly with employers, freeing you from the burdens of fee-for-service billing. This means you can finally focus on what matters most: your patients.
The Role:
As our PRN Family Nurse Practitioner, you will:
- Provide high-quality acute care, urgent care, and emergency medicine services.
- Treat employees and provide virtual care when clinically appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with our team to assist with individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing patient education.
- Cover flexible, as-needed shifts during our clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.
The CareATC Difference:
We've flipped the script on healthcare. Our model is a win for everyone:
- The Patient: Access to exceptional medical care and dispensed medications at little to no cost.
- The Clinician: Consistent income, predictable schedules (no on-call or holidays!), and longer patient appointments that allow for genuine connection.
- The Employer: Healthier, happier employees and families, leading to reduced medical costs.
Perks & Qualifications:
What you'll get:
- Competitive compensation packages based on experience.
- Malpractice insurance, including tail coverage.
- Exclusive outpatient patients and walk-ins.
- A well-trained Registered Nurse to support you.
- An environment where your patients' care isn't dictated by their insurance.
What you'll need:
- Current and unrestricted New York Family Nurse Practitioner license.
- Proven experience in acute care, urgent care, or emergency medicine.
- DEA license for prescribing and dispensing.
- Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
- A commitment to complying with all medical laws and HIPAA standards.
