Annual Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000

Based on a 40-hour work week. Compensation is determined by experience and licensure.

Practice Physical Therapy in a Community You’ll Love

Located in the heart of Charlottesville, VA, this onsite role allows you to serve a dedicated patient population while working alongside a collaborative, supportive care team. As a Physical Therapist at CareATC, you’ll partner closely with primary care providers and an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and treat musculoskeletal conditions, support chronic disease management, and empower patients through movement and education.

You’ll build meaningful patient relationships, enjoy continuity of care, and work within a predictable schedule that supports true work-life balance—without the pressures of volume-based or productivity-driven environments.
