About the Job

This is not a purely analytical role. As Director of Pricing, you’ll combine market insight, financial rigor, and commercial partnership to shape pricing strategy that drives sustainable growth in the Primary and Collaborative Care healthcare services market. You’ll work remotely with regular collaboration across distributed teams and limited travel.

Being consultative and collaborative—while remaining deeply data-driven—is central to success in this role. You’ll be a key partner to Finance, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations, contributing to the company’s strategic direction and long-term, profitable revenue growth.

Salary Range: $135,000 – $150,000 annually
Based on a 40-hour work week. Compensation is determined by experience.
